Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager to support patient programs remotely across Canada. You will coordinate services, liaise with HCPs, and assist with coverage and reimbursement for prescribed therapies.
You must be an RN or RPN in valuable standing with your provincial College, with at least 2 years of clinical experience and exposure to patient support programs. Neurology experience is a plus and a adaptable 8am-8pm EST schedule is available.
