Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hours: 37.5 - Pay Details: $96,900 - $136,800 CADJob Description We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) to lead the successful delivery of strategic regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery across multiple teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of critical regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives.Manage project deliverables across architecture, development, business analysis, testing, infrastructure, and support teams.Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Securities, Wealth, Personal Banking, Business Banking, and Enterprise Technology teams.Manage complex integrations, dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes.Develop and maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.Act as the primary escalation point for technology risks, issues, and delivery challenges.Coordinate environment builds, releases, production support activities, and defect remediation.Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, scalability, security, and operational requirements.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide leadership, coaching,
