The Winter Caretaker plays a crucial role in ensuring site safety and operability during the winter months. This solitary position requires daily inspections of cabins, utility checks, and snow removal tasks. You will also monitor security, respond to emergencies, and coordinate maintenance activities with service providers. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections of site facilities and equipment
Perform utility checks and monitor system statuses
Operate plow truck to transparent snow from access routes




Respond to winter-related hazards and monitor weather conditions
Ensure site remains clean and secure for occupancy Requirements:
