## Overview

WiseLex BPO is seeking a dedicated Seafood Processing Line Worker to join our well-established operation in Vancouver. This hands-on production role focuses on breaking down whole tuna using a band saw and preparing loins to specification. The ideal candidate brings prior tuna loining experience and a strong appreciation for precision, yield, and consistency in a fast-paced seafood processing setting. ## What You'll Do

- Operate band saw to break down whole tuna into loins
- Perform clean, precise loining cuts while maintaining yield
- Trim and portion tuna to meet quality specifications
- Maintain consistency in cuts and product presentation
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support overall production flow as needed ## What We're Looking For
