In this agile role, you will support the Recreation Therapy Manager at Grace Manor, ensuring program delivery meets residents' needs.

With a focus on trauma-informed care, collaborate with residents and community groups to create engaging recreational prospects and develop personalized care plans. Your expertise in programming is crucial in empowering residents and enhancing their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and evaluation of therapy programs
Provide direct recreation therapy and assessments




Organize community outings for residents
Collaborate with residents on goal-directed care
Maintain documentation and administer operational tasks Requirements:
Two years’ experience in recreation programming
One year in a supervisory role is preferred
Degree in Recreation Therapy or related field is an asset
First Aid and CPR certifications required
