Elevate your HR career in this fully remote, part-time Human Resources Manager role supporting two manufacturing locations. With flexibility and significant impact, you will drive employee relations and recruitment strategies. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 8–12 years in progressive HR roles, ideally within manufacturing. You will serve as the primary HR partner, guiding operations leaders on employee relations, investigations, and workforce planning.

Your responsibilities will also include high-volume recruitment and the management of HR data within ADP Workforce Now. Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary HR liaison for leadership across two sites
Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace investigations




Manage high-volume recruitment for multiple active roles
Lead current hire onboarding and orientation processes
Track workforce metrics including turnover and absenteeism Requirements:
8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Robust expertise in employee relations and multi-shift operations
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and payroll processes
Organizational and communication skills
