This role includes managing Legal Expense Insurance and General Liability claims while achieving cost-effective settlements. You will take charge of investigations, policy assessments, and client interactions, ensuring quality results that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complex liability claim investigations and external adjusters
Analyze claims to determine exposure and liability assessments
Implement effective litigation strategies and manage budgets
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for Underwriters
Establish and manage claim reserves and documentation Requirements:
Minimum 5 years liability claims experience
University degree or college diploma
Preferred CIP designation progress
Ontario Insurance Adjuster’s Licence or equivalent
