With a capacity of 2000, you will manage production needs, maintain equipment inventories, and lead the in-house crew. This position also involves coordinating communications and assisting in the advancement of events, ensuring an outstanding experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Support Technical Director in venue operations
- Oversee production consumable inventory and requirements
- Act as Production Lead for in-house crew
- Assist in maintaining training materials for staff
- Ensure prompt communication of equipment needs

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
- 5+ years in tour or stage production
- Proficient in stage lighting and audio systems
- Solid decision-making skills under pressure
- Must lift up to 75 lbs safely
