In 2008 I started Leading Edge Electric as one guy in a van. We've grown by doing commercial tenant and landlord improvements the right way. Our next step needs a leader who owns how we estimate and raises the bar for everyone around them.

You'll stay on jobs through completion, compare estimate vs actuals, and make our numbers sharper with real data.

You've walked the walk: Strong TI experience, and you can estimate on a napkin or in software. You can see the finished product before you start.
