The role
You lead complex business transformation projects and programs, contribute to governance and operating model evolution, and coordinate multiple workstreams (Marketing Operations, CMS/DAM, personalization, SEO/GEO, AI workflows, reporting).
What we're looking for
10+ years managing complex projects/programs, ideally in banking
Solid experience in business transformation and governance
Exposure to Marketing / Digital / Data / AI
Solid ability to manage senior stakeholders, vendors, RFPs and multiple workstreams
