As a Superintendent at Milestone, you will manage all site operations while representing our core values of Ingenuity, Caring, and Collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
• Update training as per MECI protocols
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafe BC regulations
• Communicate safety updates to teams
• Understand project scope and control estimates
• Develop and oversee site-specific workplans

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role
• Civil/Environmental degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in wide-ranging conditions
• Experience with Indigenous communities is a plus
