You will work closely with RTL teams to ensure power and performance goals are achieved, impacting project timelines significantly. Your hands-on experience with block-level and IP tapeouts on advanced nodes will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own block-level and IP tapeouts through physical design phases
• Collaborate with RTL owners to optimize performance and power budgets
• Ensure rigorous signoff quality for reliable IP delivery
• Build effective floorplans and power grids for designs
• Deliver comprehensive IP integration collateral for customer use
Requirements:
• BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in tools like Innovus, ICC2/FusionCompiler
• Robust scripting skills in Tcl, Python, or Perl
• Deep understanding of low-power design challenges
• Experience in timing analysis and signoff processes
