About the Opportunity
Are you an experienced Program Manager who thrives on leading complex technology transformations and influencing senior leadership? We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility AI Operations (AIOps) initiative within a large enterprise organization in the healthcare technology sector.
This executive-facing opportunity focuses on enhancing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities through AI and automation. You'll bring structure to a fast-moving program, align cross-functional teams, and drive organizational readiness and adoption. Success requires exceptional program leadership, executive communication, and the ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed workplace.
What's In It for You
Lead a high-priority, enterprise-wide AI transformation initiative with significant executive visibility.
Work alongside technology, operational excellence, governance, and development leaders.
Influence how AI-enabled capabilities are introduced, adopted, and scaled across the organization.
Enjoy the potential for a longer-term engagement within a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, establishing governance, roadmaps, milestones, and executive reporting.
You’ll engage senior executives, communicate progress, escalate risks, and influence decisions across a complex stakeholder landscape.
You’ll lead organizational change management,
including communications, training, business readiness, and adoption.
You’ll coordinate ServiceNow ITOM enhancements, AI integrations, testing, and operational readiness with technical teams.
You’ll align cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams without direct reporting authority.
You’ll apply waterfall and Agile methodologies to maintain delivery momentum while navigating evolving priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of progressive project and program management experience, including ownership of large-scale, multi-workstream enterprise technology implementations.
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities.
Proven experience leading enterprise platform implementations involving ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or comparable technologies.
Strong organizational change management experience, including communications, training, readiness, and adoption.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM implementations is highly preferred; familiarity with Now Assist is an asset.
Exposure to AIOps, enterprise AI, Salesforce Agentforce, or AI-enabled automation platforms is preferred.
Strong waterfall and Agile delivery experience; SAFe or Disciplined Agile knowledge is advantageous.
All qualified applicants will receive fair consideration for employment. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities including those who identify as women, members of racialized groups, Indigenous Peoples, persons with disabilities, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
