This hybrid role combines in-office and work from home, providing invaluable HR support. As an HR Generalist at KTI Limited, you will engage in payroll and benefits administration while supporting employee relations and leave management.
You will serve as a vital resource to both employees and managers, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and fostering a culture of transparency and trust. Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll efficiently and accurately
Manage employee lifecycle changes from hire to termination
Provide guidance on HR policies and conflict resolution
Administer advantages programs and respond to inquiries
Track attendance and manage leave processes Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field
3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience
Knowledge of Canadian payroll and compliance
Robust communication and analytical skills
