and technology architectures;* Represent the team on technical committees and various consultation bodies;* Define deployment standards adapted to the needs of different environments;* Evaluate and select mobility solutions that meet organizational requirements;* Develop equipment renewal strategies and determine acquisition criteria;* Contribute to the planning and implementation of technology implementation projects.**The profile sought is as follows:*** Hold a bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science or a related discipline;* Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in telecommunications, including at least three (3) years in an analytical or architectural role;* Leverage mobility management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, SOTI, Workspace ONE, or comparable platforms;* Use rugged devices such as Sonim, Zebra or equivalent equipment;* Master LTE, 4G, 5G, TETRA technologies and radio communication solutions;* Design mobility and telecommunications architectures;* Technically supervise a team and support the development of expertise;* Produce analyses, technical specifications and presentations to management;* Develop performance indicators and management dashboards;* Use the Microsoft 365 suite in a professional context;* Manage projects for the implementation of technological solutions;* Work effectively under pressure in an operational setting;* Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills.
