We seek a friendly, detail-oriented Grad Photography Welcome Host for approximately 7 weeks from late October to mid-December. You'll engage with graduating students, manage gown assistance, and ensure a smooth photo session experience. Your role will also involve effective communication and collaboration with the photography team for optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist students upon arrival for photos
• Help with graduation gowns, v-stoles, and regalia
• Respond to customers' ordering inquiries




• Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Work alongside photographers to support session flow

Requirements:
• Friendly and qualified demeanor
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience in events or hospitality preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to assist clients comfortably
