Building Ontario Fund in Toronto is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Investments Legal team. You will handle complex transactions across energy, transportation, housing and community infrastructure, leveraging 5+ years of transactional experience.
The role requires solid drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise on financing structures and liaise with public and private partners to move projects forward.
