Lead financial integrity and insights as a Regional Plant Controller at Refresco. This critical role focuses on financial reporting, compliance, and strategic plant management across operations.
As a Regional Plant Controller, you will oversee financial operations within multiple plants, ensuring accuracy per IFRS standards. Collaborating with operations management, you will provide essential financial leadership, guiding capital requests and enabling effective decision-making. Your role is pivotal in maintaining compliance and facilitating financial audits while enhancing operational performance through insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial results across multiple plant operations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and company processes
• Guide capital expenditure requests with robust financial support
• Present monthly EBITDA results to senior management
• Support internal and external financial audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting is required
• Minimum 5 years at Controller level
• ERP System experience, preferably SAP
• Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Strong analytical and communication skills
