POSITION: Quality Assurance Lead - S/4HANA and BTP migration

TYPE: Contract , full-time

DURATION: 12 months with likely extensions

LOCATION: Hybrid work, 3 days from the Montreal downtown office and 2 days remotely

REQUIRED:

QA Lead with at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, test governance, readiness controls, and gate challenge

Robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA test governance frameworks , QA standards, controls, and formal quality gate management

Experience supporting or coordinating test governance in complex delivery environments with several teams, phases or workstreams

Experience providing independent oversight across testing teams while constructively challenging delivery confidence

Strong understanding of defect management, testing metrics, traceability and evidence standards

Experience with test management tools , with qTes t experience

Strong judgement, critical thinking, documentation discipline and executive reporting capability

Collaborative approach that supports quality, compliance and psychological safety while still escalating material gaps
