Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll oversee field operations and ensure safety and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and subcontractor performance
• Manage project schedules and resource allocation
• Uphold safety and quality standards diligently




• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Mentor and lead site teams towards project success

Requirements:
• 10+ years as Site Superintendent in light industrial projects
• Experience with warehouses and distribution centers preferred
• Proven solid safety record
• Willingness to travel extensively across Canada
• Ticketed trade certification is an asset
