As the Director of Outpatient Services, you will guide a dedicated team at Forest View Hospital, located just outside Grand Rapids, Michigan. With over 45 years of experience in psychiatric care, you'll ensure compliance with regulations, develop policies, and promote quality improvements. Your leadership will drive the success of our outpatient programs while coordinating referrals and enhancing our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee outpatient programs including partial hospitalization
• Develop policies and evaluate service standards
• Manage budget and staffing levels effectively




• Promote program and business development initiatives
• Ensure quality assurance and improvement compliance

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in social work or mental health field
• Five years’ experience in psychiatric healthcare
• Active LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT licensure
• In-depth knowledge of mental health regulatory standards
• CPR and CPI training certification prior to direct care
