Securian Canada is seeking a Director, Analytics & Insights to shape how data drives decisions across the organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning analytics, BI, and analytics engineering, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to translate insights into action.
You will guide enterprise analytics, develop scalable data products and dashboards, and partner with technology, governance, and business leaders to deliver trusted insights, practical AI-enabled
