AECOM is expanding its Mining Team in Canada and seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager. You will manage multidisciplinary teams for diverse mining projects, including waste management and water treatment. Your responsibilities will embrace project planning, budget management, and driving project execution to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage engineering and project teams, both in-person and remote
• Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Monitor project performance; take corrective actions when necessary
• Lead project meetings; ensure effective minutes and outcomes
• Proactively manage scope and changes according to standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years' experience or technical diploma with 10+ years
• Robust background in Canadian mining market pursued projects
• Experience with prefeasibility studies of $100M+ capital value
• Proficient in both French and English communication
• PMP and P.Eng. qualifications preferred
