Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, permits, and other project records.
Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication between the project management team, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources required for residential renovation projects.
Quality Control: Ensure orders and documentation align with project requirements and specifications.



Proven track record of success in roles that require managing multiple priorities and ongoing tasks.
Solid attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports, schedules, and project documentation.
Previous experience in residential construction is preferred, with renovation experience considered a robust asset.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Your ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
