Key Responsibilities
Prepare and reconcile project journal entries and cost reports
Compile and analyze project pay forms with accuracy
Track insurance and bond information for subcontractors
Assist in month-end closing and budget revisions
Support accounts payable and onsite invoice entry
Requirements:
Over two years of construction field accounting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Robust organization and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven self-prioritization and ownership of tasks
