You'll coordinate agreements, promotional programs, and financial tracking through various sales channels. This role reports directly to the Head of Finance, requiring candidates with solid attention to detail and financial literacy.

The successful individual will manage commercial agreements, oversee promotional program execution, and ensure timely invoicing and settlements across Canadian sales. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple programs simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Letters of Agreement and rebate agreements using approved templates
Track promotional funds, timelines, and payment conditions




Validate promotional invoices and claims for accuracy
Act as a central point for coordination between departments
Prepare operational reports on program status and funding commitments Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
3–5 years in Commercial Operations or similar role
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with commercial management systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills Enhance operational transparency and efficiency while supporting our commercial programs.
