Granum is seeking a People & Culture Specialist for a 14‑month maternity leave coverage in a remote‑first workplace across US and Canada. You will manage onboarding journeys, HR systems (Rippling, Lattice), and advantages, while enhancing processes and employee communications.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with tact. You’ll contribute to a supportive culture and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from pre‑boarding to exit.
