Liaise with departments to address employment issues
Coordinate daily People & Culture activities effectively
Enhance communication across the organization




Champion recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Advocate for employees and partner with management on solutions Requirements:
1+ year experience in Human Resources
Degree/Diploma in HR or related field
Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong understanding of BC Employment Standards
