Granum is seeking a People & Culture Specialist for a 14‑month maternity leave coverage in a remote‑first workplace across US and Canada. You will manage onboarding journeys, HR systems (Rippling, Lattice), and perks, while enhancing processes and employee communications.

Ideal candidates are cooperative, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with tact. You’ll contribute to a supportive culture and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from pre‑boarding to exit.
