As a PM Baker at Tim Hortons , you'll help keep our guests stocked with fresh, high-quality baked goods every day. In this shift-based role, you'll prepare and bake a variety of products, support lunch and dinner baking needs, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen where quality and food safety come first.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Safety & Quality Control: Ensure products meet Tim Hortons' quality standards. Follow food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times.

Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring stock levels of baking ingredients, tracking supplies, and keeping the kitchen stocked for each shift. Receive supply deliveries twice weekly .

Prep Work: Pre-stage kitchen items, fillings, and toppings so they're ready for baking during peak times.

Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure ovens, baking tools, and equipment are kept in good working condition.

Team Collaboration: Work with your team to support a smooth, efficient bake process- especially during high-volume periods.

Customer Satisfaction: Even as back of house, your work directly impacts guest experience by ensuring fresh, delicious baked goods are available when they need them.

Qualifications:





Previous baking experience, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting.

Strong attention to detail with a passion for producing quality baked goods.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Availability for the 12 pm - 8 pm shift.

Positive communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.

Requirements

Enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment during the 12 pm to 8 pm shift.

Able to multi-task and stay organized while managing multiple baking tasks.

Communicate clearly with team members and follow shift instructions accurately.

Work well as part of a team and support a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area throughout the shift.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and all Tim Hortons procedures and standards.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive prep and baking tasks.

Be reliable and punctual, ready to start at 12 pm and complete scheduled duties.

Demonstrate a robust work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
