The City of Leduc seeks a Lead Instructor to supervise aquatic instructors, ensure secure and high-quality program delivery, and mentor staff at the Leduc Recreation Centre. You will plan lessons, manage pool configurations, and maintain materials while delivering excellent customer service to participants and families.

Reporting to the Aquatic Programs Coordinator, you will lead, train, and evaluate staff, coordinate schedules, and support program administration.
