Avenue Living Residential, a leading operator in Western Canada, is seeking part-time Seasonal Property Support from October to April. In this position, you'll utilize technology to manage snow removal tasks, report issues, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming setting. If you possess strong organizational skills and a solid background in general labor, this role might be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete snow and ice removal logs using Site Foto’s application
• Report maintenance and control issues to the Portfolio Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Available for weekend and holiday shifts
• Minimum one year of general labor experience
• Technologically savvy with effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
