In this role, you will utilize your strong assessment and treatment skills within a multi-disciplinary environment. You will focus on adults experiencing mental health disorders and substance use, ensuring they receive responsive and culturally sensitive care. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and crisis interventions
Provide referral and case management services




Deliver psychogeriatric support to elderly clients
