Help shape the workplace culture at Rohit Group as the Manager of Employee Experience. Drive retention and foster connection for current hires through creative programs and community initiatives. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Vice President of People & Culture, you'll oversee employee engagement and ensure a welcoming workplace across our multiple divisions.

You'll implement onboarding, mentorship programs, and a culture calendar that enhances interaction among Rohitians in cities including Edmonton, Calgary, and Ottawa. Your success will be measured by improved retention, the establishment of meaningful connections, and community involvement. Key Responsibilities:
Design a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires
Facilitate peer mentoring and inter-divisional connections




Manage a 12-month culture calendar across all locations
Lead employee community involvement initiatives
Implement recognition and milestone programs effectively Requirements:
Minimum seven years in employee experience or HR
Proven success in engagement and retention initiatives
Experience with onboarding and recognition programs
Strong event planning capabilities in multiple cities
