This full time, permanent role reports to the Senior Manager, focusing on financial insights and working with diverse teams. You will guide Senior Accountants while directly impacting shareholder reports and strategic financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end closing and coordinate with various teams
Ensure compliance with TBS financial policies and controls
Maintain the integrity of general ledger and account hierarchies
Review journal entries for accuracy and completeness
Present financial results to senior leadership monthly Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA designation required
5+ years of accounting experience
3+ years in a managerial role
Proficiency in SAP or large ERP systems Lead the financial reporting process and mentor your team to achieve excellence.
