Resolve manufacturing-related IT and operational technology issues
Maintain communication with stakeholders about network activities
Provide in office support for IT hardware and software
Act as escalation point for facility IT issues
Document and maintain technical resources for OT systems Requirements:
College diploma in Information Technology required
Minimum 5 years of IT work experience
Expertise in OT network systems support
Solid communication skills in French and English
