As a key member of our team, you’ll report to the SVP, Risk & Compliance. This role suits candidates with solid regulatory knowledge and proactive judgment, essential for managing compliance in private capital markets. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring full adherence to regulations while fostering a culture of compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance compliance framework for the organization
• Monitor regulations and develop compliance policies
• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring activities
• Oversee Know Your Client and Know Your Product requirements
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• 5+ years in compliance and regulatory roles
• Strong grasp of Canadian securities regulations
• Experience with AML/ATF and privacy legislation
• Proven track record in managing regulatory filings
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
