In this role, you will assist teachers with instructional tasks and help implement Individual Program Plans for students with special needs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your focus will be on ensuring safe and engaging learning environments across Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Fort Chipewyan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support teachers with curriculum assistance and classroom tasks
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Program Plans




• Monitor and record individual student progress
• Provide personal care and support as needed
• Facilitate effective communication with students and staff

Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent
• Experience with children with special needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and assist students with mobility challenges
