• Assist producers with all servicing aspects of commercial accounts
• Process documentation including certificates and renewals
• Review policy accuracy before forwarding to clients
• Contact clients for timely renewal information
• Answer client questions regarding coverage details

Requirements:
• Level 2 Insurance License required
• Minimum 1 year commercial insurance experience
• Strong attention to detail in documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborative team-oriented approach
