This role works directly with the Office Manager to maintain IT systems for our Toronto office and provide remote support to our Dublin location and consultants across North America and Europe.

Key responsibilities include overseeing Microsoft 365 applications, coordinating with IT vendors, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to the Toronto office and remotely to Dublin
Troubleshoot IT and equipment issues reported by users
Manage IT asset inventory and documentation
Support AV equipment for meetings and video conferences
Conduct company-wide cybersecurity training and compliance reporting Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
Proven experience in rapid-growing IT support roles
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
