Ideal for recent graduates or those soon to graduate, this position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including troubleshooting IT incidents, employee onboarding, and equipment management. You'll travel between mine sites to deliver in office support, ensuring a smooth operation across our locations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support for hardware and software
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents effectively




Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain essential IT equipment and devices
Document IT processes and compliance with security standards Requirements:
Pursuing a diploma or degree in IT or related field
Previous IT experience preferred, but not required
