In this full time position, you will serve as a key point of contact for various pharmaceutical and medical technology clients. Your role will involve managing assets in ACTO Omnichannel, organizing training sessions, and conducting health checks. You will also drive adoption through effective product demonstrations and tangible milestone achievements, ensuring robust client relationships throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver Managed Services to Pharma and MedTech clients
Create and manage assets and content within ACTO




Conduct trainings, including workshops and custom guides
Perform health checks and audits on domains
Drive client adoption with product demonstrations

Requirements:
2+ years in software implementation
Background in Life Sciences or Applied Science
Robust communication and time management skills
Experience with agile implementation approaches
Empathic approach to client relationships
