The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience in multi-location retail, preferably in luxury jewelry. This hands-on role involves leadership, inventory control, and ensuring operational consistency while enhancing the overall brand experience. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular operational visits to all locations
Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures
Monitor opening and closing protocols at stores
Maintain luxury presentation and store appearance
Recruit and develop high-performing retail teams Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in multi-unit retail management
Previous experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry
