Key Responsibilities
Provide front-desk customer service and technical support
Ensure proper usage of learning space technology
Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues




Support and maintain audio-visual and digital media equipment
Train users on technology and software applications

Requirements:
College Diploma or 2 years equivalent experience
Three years of experience with learning technology support
Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments
