Oldham is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This person must respond to requests for information, process orders and follow up on files with rigor. He/she must collaborate with different departments to offer a smooth and efficient customer experience. Excellent communication skills, a sense of priorities and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential qualities for this key role.
Coordinate the various tasks involved in receiving and shipping materials.
Inspect, correct and classify incoming parts.
Report missing or damaged merchandise.
Validate receipt of material delivered by truck using a checklist and a receipt form.
Participate in production operations.
Unload and load steel onto trucks; operate forklift and other mechanical handling equipment.
Keep track of parts. Store materials in appropriate locations.
Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications required
DES
Experience in steel fabrication and crane operation
Forklift truck operator’s card
Knowledge of steel products (an asset)
Permanent full time position (40 hours/week)
