Summary Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery of pre-sales orders and pick up of returned products by providing superior customer service. In addition, this position also acts as a back up to the Sales Representative in the collection of checks process
Essential Functions Responsible to drive a delivery van in a protected and responsible manner.
Conduct pre and post vehicle inspection
Responsible to deliver products to our clients/customers and provide superior customer service
Collect products for returns according to instructions and provide the customer a credit note
Conduct pre and post vehicle inspection
Complete the administration and paperwork
Record order discrepancies and inform the Dispatch Office for resolution (adjustment transactions)
Performs other duties as assigned.
