The coordinator ensures client needs are met by managing relationships with multiple child care partners, providing support and resolving issues effectively. You'll advocate for client feedback to improve service delivery while maintaining detailed records of communications and interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for child care partners
• Address client queries about services and contracts




• Manage client concerns and provide solutions
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new centers
• Track client metrics through surveys and feedback

Requirements:
• College diploma or University degree
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ontario Driver’s License
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
