We are hiring 10 Production Workers and Machine Operators for opportunities in Milton within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating machinery, completing quality inspections, packing finished products, and labeling items accurately. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of production, manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience who are comfortable working 12‑hour rotating continental swing shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
Complete quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for the next stage of production or shipment.
Monitor production flow and report machine issues, defects, or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
Follow all health, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $21.55 to $22.25 per hour, depending on shift.
