The Tenant Support Worker (TSW) at Lookout Housing and Health Society provides guidance, support, education and skills training to residents, helping them achieve greater independence and stability in daily living.
The role requires respirator fit testing readiness and compliance with WorkSafeBC. A clean shave is needed for respirator fit. The position reports to the Site Manager and adheres to Lookout’s ethics and mission.
