Community Living Society is seeking a Service Coordinator (Independent Living) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will plan and coordinate learning opportunities, activities and events that build independence and social connections within the community.
You will work under the Manager of Independent Living, liaising with Housing Providers and CLS staff to ensure person-centered supports and successful community integration.
